The Nazara Course focuses on Quran reading fluency. “Nazara” means reciting the Quran by looking at the text, so this course covers basic reading skills and pronunciation. Students learn to recognize the Arabic script and apply essential Tajweed rules. The course starts with the very basics of the alphabet and steadily builds up to reading entire verses. By course end, learners of all ages will read Quranic text with confidence and accuracy, using proper vowel marks and sounds.
Course Content
Letters & Shapes: recognize all Arabic letters and forms
Pronunciation (Makhaarij): articulation points for each letter
Short Vowels: apply Fatha, Kasra, Damma
Tanween Rules: how and when to pronounce
Madd (Lengthening): rules for extending vowel sounds
Practice: words with long vowels (Alif, Ya, Waw)
Word Building: connect letters to form words
Reading Practice: short phrases and simple sentences
Fluid Recitation: progress to verse-level reading
Integrated Recitation with all rules
Revision sessions with teacher feedback
Final assessment: Recite selected passages
